About Realm Psychotherapy and Integration

I take a non-dual approach to healing, which is grounded and supported in the individual’s quest for liberation, personal growth, the exploration of consciousness and healing.  This model assumes that the only condition that needs addressing is the ego/illusory sense of the individual disconnected from the fundamental nature of being and reality.  (Harvey Schwartz, Ph.D., Polaris Insight Center’s Module 2 slides).  Non-ordinary states of consciousness can be a catalyst to accessing this internal landscape.  These states can be achieved in many ways including ongoing meditation, breathwork and the incorporation of psychedelics.   

Ketamine is currently the only legal and approved aid (outside of clinical trials) to help achieve a non-ordinary state of consciousness.  It is currently the only method where we can sit with you during your experience (requires permission from your provider).
